We want every IVEC customer to walk away happy. This policy explains when refunds are available, how they are calculated, and how to request one. By placing an order, you accept this policy as part of our Terms of service.
1. Government fees
All government fees, stamp duty, statutory levies and third-party charges (e.g., DSC certifying authority fees, MCA filing fees, registrar charges, IP India fees) are non-refundable once paid to the authority. This is because IVEC pays these amounts directly to the relevant authority on your behalf, and the authority itself does not refund them.
2. Professional fees
IVEC's professional fee covers the time and expertise of the chartered accountant, company secretary or advocate assigned to your case. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund of the professional fee for the unrendered portion. Once the assigned expert has begun work and a meaningful deliverable has been produced (e.g., draft documents, name reservation, filing acknowledgement), refunds are issued at our discretion based on the work completed.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@ivec.in within 14 days of payment with your order ID, the reason for the refund and any supporting context. Our team reviews each request within 5 business days and, if approved, processes the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. International refunds may take longer depending on your bank.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available where the delay or failure is attributable to incomplete or inaccurate information from you, third-party regulator changes, force majeure events, or where you change your mind after a regulator has accepted the filing. Bundled and discounted packages are non-divisible — partial refunds are calculated against the bundled value, not the line-item list price.
