FAQ

How accurate is this pre-check?
We check against Rule 8 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, the reserved-word list and a curated set of well-known Indian brands. The MCA portal remains the final authority on availability — we use this tool to dramatically reduce rejection at SPICe+ Part A.
What does the score mean?
An overall heuristic 0–100 estimate of how likely the name is to be registrable without changes. 80+ = strong, 50–80 = needs review, below 50 = re-think.
Will MCA accept a name I lock here?
Once you book incorporation, our CS reserves the name via SPICe+ Part A. If MCA queries the name, we file a re-submission free of cost as part of the engagement.
Are AI suggestions safe to use directly?
They're brandable starting points, not legal opinions. Always run any final shortlist through this tool, then through a manual MCA / trademark search before printing letterheads.
